Use these Depth and Complexity Thinking Prompt Icon Cards to facilitate higher-level discussions and thinking for ANY FICTION TEXT! 85+ questions are provided that directly connect to the Prompt Icons, and work with any “Think Like a Disciplinarian/Reader Frame.” Two differentiated sets are included for two levels of questioning. These cards ignite higher-level thinking and deeper connections in a quick and convenient way. They can be used by both educators and students! Each prompt icon has two levels of questioning. Set A has low-level questions that can be used as a starting point, or for differentiation and scaffolding.
